Lina joined Hicks Insurance straight out of college in 2003. Starting as a receptionist, she quickly moved into client service, building her own book of business. Within a decade, she earned a promotion to Service Department Manager and now leads the entire Service Team. With 21 years of tenure at Hicks, Lina has grown alongside the agency, evolving into one of its most trusted leaders.
Over the years, Lina has seen the impact of coverage decisions firsthand. She recalls clients in tears after accidents, grateful for umbrella policies or water backup protection that she had recommended. Sharing these stories helps her educate others, making insurance real and relatable—not just numbers on paper.
Lina’s philosophy is rooted in honesty and care—values she credits to Jerry Hicks, her mentor. She believes in doing right by the client, even when something goes wrong: explain, apologize, and fix it. This simple approach has guided both her insurance career and her family’s own small business, a local auto repair shop she co-owns with her husband.

Lina lives in Frankfort with her husband, daughter, and son. Much of her time is spent at school activities—her high schooler competes in badminton while her youngest plays youth football. When not at games, Lena helps run her family’s auto repair shop, where she often crosses paths with Hicks clients. Her life is full, blending career, family, and entrepreneurship right in her own community.
