With her Life & Health license and ongoing Property & Casualty training, Lily is building the foundation that will allow her to transition into a full agent role in the future.

Lily’s history with Hicks Insurance began back in college, where she interned and supported the office with day-to-day tasks. After graduation, she worked as a marketing manager for financial advisors, honing her communications, client service, and digital marketing skills.
Today, she brings that experience home to Hicks. Whether she’s writing client emails, updating the website, supporting social media, or answering incoming calls, Lily is committed to delivering a clear, organized, and positive experience for everyone who contacts the agency.
