When additional endorsements aren’t required, Kerry takes the time to confirm that existing blanket coverage already meets the request, saving clients unnecessary steps. She is also highly experienced in navigating state-specific insurance laws, including complex compliance requirements in states like New York. One standout example of her work involved helping a commercial client secure the exact endorsements required to complete a job in New York. Kerry coordinated with multiple agencies and underwriters to meet strict compliance standards, ensuring the client could move forward with their project without delays or interruptions. Her clients trust that when they request a certificate or bond, it will be handled quickly, correctly, and with care. Her calm, friendly demeanor makes even time-sensitive requests feel manageable.
