
Jennifer Suchecki brings over two decades of insurance experience to her role at Hicks Insurance Group, where she works across both new business and renewals within the personal lines department. With a deep knowledge of the industry and a no-nonsense approach to customer advocacy, Jennifer is all about helping people secure coverage that actually protects them—not just something that looks good on paper.
Jen specializes in personal lines insurance, including auto, home, and umbrella policies. She’s also licensed in life insurance, allowing her to provide a full range of coverage options for individuals and families.
Her favorite part of the job? Ensuring that clients aren’t underinsured—and making sure no detail is overlooked.

Jennifer has worked in both captive and independent agencies since she was 18 years old. Her journey began with entry-level support roles and grew into full-time sales, client service, and retention. She spent years at Allstate and Farmers before finding her professional home at Hicks Insurance Group, where the flexibility and client-focused model allow her to truly serve people’s needs—rather than sell one-size-fits-all policies.
Whether it’s fighting underwriting decisions, resolving policy discrepancies, or advocating for better rates, Jennifer is known for going to bat for her clients. At a previous job, she was told she “cared too much” to work in sales—an observation that’s become a compliment in her current role. She continues to prioritize what’s best for the customer, always.
Jennifer didn’t set out to work in insurance—but once she realized how confusing and opaque it could be for the average person, she committed to doing it the right way.
Ultimately, her mission is to provide honest advice, clear explanations, and coverage that makes sense. If she wouldn’t recommend it for her own family, she won’t recommend it for yours. That integrity has earned her trust across countless client relationships over the years.

When she isn’t at the office, you can find Jen in her garden, in the kitchen, or crafting something creative. She’s the “crafty one” in the Hicks office, and she enjoys experimenting with DIY projects and home décor. She also loves to cook (her recent spatchcock chicken was a hit!) and embraces a cozy lifestyle that blends comfort, creativity, and care. She’s a regular Martha Stewart of Mokena!
