Danny specializes in both personal and commercial insurance, with a growing focus on condo associations and apartment building policies. He’s also set to add life insurance to his licensure, further expanding the services he can provide for clients in and around the Mokena area.
Though Daniel joined Hicks Insurance full-time in May of 2025, his journey started long before that—as an intern. Over two years, he steadily advanced from basic servicing tasks to full quoting and policy placement. His time at Benedictine helped hone his communication skills and fostered a systems-oriented mindset—skills he’s already put to use onboarding new technologies and improving agency workflows.
From identifying major errors in outdated auto policies to uncovering underinsured homes, Danny is already proving his worth as a trusted advisor. He’s helped clients understand the real risks hidden in their old coverage and works with Hicks’ team to correct and improve policies, often saving money and improving protection in one sweep.
Danny’s motivation comes from a simple, grounded belief: people deserve to understand their insurance without being overwhelmed. In an industry often viewed with suspicion or confusion, he aims to be a clear, honest, and dependable point of contact—explaining policies in plain language and always putting the client’s needs above his own commissions.
