Brea Schultz serves as the Commercial Lines Department Manager at Hicks Insurance Group. In her role, she oversees the commercial lines team and provides direct support to agents and clients to ensure their insurance programs are properly structured and maintained. With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry—and 24 of those with Hicks—Brea brings extensive knowledge, strong leadership, and a client-first approach to every account. Brea began her career in insurance over 27 years ago, starting in personal lines before transitioning into commercial back in 2019.  Since joining Hicks 24 years ago, she has steadily advanced, moving from client service to management. Today, she oversees her department, supports account managers, and ensures smooth collaboration with writing agents.
